Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Job Type: Part-time; Full-time

Positive Vibes ABA, LLC is seeking compassionate, ambitious Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide high-quality ABA services to individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other disabilities in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.  Our mission is to help clients and their families reach their full potential through ABA services. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and other evaluations as needed

  • Writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior treatment plans

  • Communicate with health insurance companies as needed

  • Development of skill acquisition programs

  • Data collection and reporting

  • Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians

  • Training caregivers in ABA methods to carry out behavior treatment plans 

  • Other tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board 

  • Valid ABA Licensure with the State of Tennessee 

  • Valid Adult & Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification 

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Strong technological skills and abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Other skills/information:

  • Ability to provide own transportation

Experience:

  • Prefer at least 1-year experience working as a BCBA or RBT

 

Education:

  • Master’s degree in ABA field

  • The clinic, client homes/schools in Tri-Cities and surrounding areas, and possibly telehealth.
